Green Smoothie | Smoothie recipe #2 [Englisch]

Green smoothies might seem to be a bit scary - their color is literally green, it has vegetables in it and solely the fact, that those drinks ought to be health elixirs has to be proof how gross they taste. But that's not how it is! Actually, my green smoothie is pretty delicious! Maybe you won't know it just from looking at it, but it is packed with super sweet fruit and therefore also suitable for those who normally can't stand spinach. Just try it - in the beginning it may be strange, but don't give up and finish that smoothie! It's said that it needs 7-12 "bites" to be sure if you like a new flavor or not. ☺ 

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half bananas
  • 1 mango
  • 1 nectarine 
  • 2 small handfuls of baby spinach
  • some mint leaves
  • ~150ml (=5oz.) coconut water
